Role Description The Senior Collection Executive is a full-time role based in Visakhapatnam with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing and overseeing debt collection processes, following up with customers on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional and respectful communication. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring accounts, analyzing payment patterns, coordinating with the finance team, recommending credit controls, and preparing periodic collection reports. The Senior Collection Executive will also handle escalated collection cases,



support the design of collection strategies, and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Credit Control and Finance for managing customer accounts and evaluating credit risk.
- Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection expertise to handle follow-ups, negotiations, and resolution of overdue accounts.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams in a explicit, courteous, and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret collection data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve recovery rates.
- Relevant experience in collections, credit control, or finance, preferably in retail, consumer finance, or related sectors.
- Ability to work with collection software or ERP tools and maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
