Role Description This is a full time, on-site Baker role based in Haripad. The Baker will prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and other baked items according to established recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and ensuring products are presented attractively. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene guidelines,



and assisting with inventory management and ingredient ordering. The Baker may also help develop new recipes, support special orders, and coordinate with front-of-house staff to meet customer needs.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Bakery operations and Baking techniques.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and kitchen organization.
- Candidates should possess skills in making Cookies and related baked snacks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Bread production and handling dough.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to work early mornings, stand for extended periods, and handle physical tasks safely.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency in following recipes.
- Prior experience as a baker or in a commercial kitchen is preferred; formal culinary or baking training is an advantage.
