Job Description:

Role Summary:
We are seeking a agile and result-oriented professional with a Civil Engineering background and strong knowledge of Development Control Regulations (DCR). The candidate will be responsible for identifying land acquisition and redevelopment opportunities, conducting preliminary feasibility assessments, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition, redevelopment, and joint development opportunities.
Conduct preliminary project feasibility studies based on DCR regulations and development potential.
Analyse land records, approvals, zoning requirements, and statutory compliances.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, government authorities, and landowners.
Support negotiations and discussions with landowners, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
Prepare project feasibility reports, presentations, and business proposals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming development opportunities.
Assist in obtaining approvals and ensuring compliance with local regulations.




Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and business partners.

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. (Preferred)
Minimum 3years of experience in real estate, redevelopment, land acquisition, project planning, or business development.
Strong understanding of DCR, building regulations, and statutory approval processes.

Skills Required:
Knowledge of Development Control Regulations (DCR) and development potential calculations.
Ability to assess project feasibility and redevelopment opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project-related documentation.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in real estate development, redevelopment projects, land acquisition, or project planning.
Exposure to liaisoning with consultants and government authorities.
