Requirements
- 8–10 years of SAP HCM experience with strong expertise in AU Payroll and knowledge of NZ Payroll.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation experiences.
- Mandatory experience in AU and NZ Payroll.
- Mandatory experience with Positive and Negative Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of AU Payroll and integrations.
- Good understanding of standard SAP business practices and HCM business processes.
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and payroll processes.
- Experience with data migration and third-party vendor interfaces.




- Knowledge of SAP Reporting and Ad Hoc Query.
- Experience writing functional specifications.
- Experience preparing test scenarios and test scripts.
- Ability to evaluate feasible solutions, recommend best practices, and communicate advantages and disadvantages.
- Act as a liaison between business customers and technical teams.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business rules into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment.
