Job Summary We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to manage and supervise day-to-day production activities at our AAC Block & Panel manufacturing plant in Kapadwanj. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Job Responsibilities:-

- Manage and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Supervise production supervisors, operators, and workers.
- Ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing of AAC Blocks and AAC Panels.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet required standards.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine breakdowns, production losses, and downtime and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure proper safety practices and use of PPE on the shop floor.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and update management on production performance.

Qualifications & Experience

- Any Graduate




- Minimum 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing in the building materials industry.
- Experience in AAC Blocks, AAC Panels, RMC, Cement Products, Block Joining Mortar, or similar building materials will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of production processes, quality, safety, and manpower management.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
- ​​​Willing to work in a plant/dusty environment.
