- Prevents reputational losses & financial losses to company by internal/external entities indulging in fraudulent practices. Ensures optimum productivity through trigger-based intimation.

- Handling escalations and updating internal customer on claims assigned for investigation.

- Assist claims and legal team in identification & eradication of frauds.

- Responsible for filing police complaints & leading evidence.

- Updates referral triggers to maximize fraud eradication.

- Reduces loss ratio by increasing success ratios.

- Develops recent techniques for investigation (forensic / biometric).

- Implementation of strategic projects.

What you’ll do:

- Visit to Police stations for Police complaints on weekly basis. Visit to Insured / Driver / Claimant location with vendor for verification on weekly basis.

- Carries out fraud analytics to identify fraud prone areas and provides MIS on monthly basis.

- Provide updates/solutions on escalations within 24 hours.

- Provide detailed feedback on open cases for investigation to internal customers on weekly basis.
