Senior Executive – Loan / Lease Operations

Company: DLL Group Experience: 4–7 Years Function: Operations / Sales Support Location: Mumbai | Jaipur | Delhi Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive to manage end-to-end Loan/Lease Origination Operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications, documentation, contract activation, and payouts within defined SLA/TAT.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process loan/lease applications and verify customer documents, KYC, and bank details.
2. Review credit conditions, approvals, deal structures, and required documentation.
3. Prepare, verify, and coordinate contracts for timely execution and activation.
4. Conduct pre-disbursement checks and coordinate payout processing.
5. Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth transaction processing.
6. Identify and resolve documentation gaps, discrepancies, and operational queries.
7. Ensure SLA/TAT, quality, compliance, and First Time Right targets are achieved.
8. Maintain accurate records, reports, and transaction-related documentation.

Support Sales teams with operational queries and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Loan/Lending Operations, Leasing Operations, Loan Origination, Sales Support, or Shared Services.
- Strong experience in KYC, documentation, transaction processing, and contract activation.
- Good understanding of loan/lease processing and pre-disbursement activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and relevant business systems.
- Knowledge of CDD, compliance, fraud prevention, or risk controls will be an advantage.
