The Opportunity

n

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Service Manager to join our

n

team. This role involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients across

n

their onboarding, servicing, and portfolio-related requirements.

n

n

The position requires significant client interaction and active involvement across all aspects of

n

client servicing, operational support, and trade execution. This is a position which focuses on

n

building meaningful client relationships while delivering best-in-class service and operational

n

excellence.

n

n

Location: Bengaluru

n

Experience: 3–5 years, with a working understanding of Client Service & reporting

n

for wealth & financial services

n

Function: Wealth Management / Advisory – Client Service & Operations

n

n

What You'll Do

n

• Manage Client onboarding and account maintenance for both current and existing clients in

n

line with regulatory and organizational policies.

n

• Collect and validate account-specific documentation and financial information to ensure

n

compliance requirements are met.

n

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, Banks, AMCs and Product

n

Manufacturers (AIFs, PMS providers etc.)

n





• Provide operational support across a broad suite of financial products and applications.

n

• Handle Transactions, Operations and other support activities, including trade

n

placement, confirmation, settlement tracking, and reconciliation across mutual funds,

n

AIFs and PMS and other investments.

n

• Oversee administrative and transactional activities including money transfers, tax

n

reporting, portfolio review preparation and resolution of client queries.

n

• Build long-term, trust-based relationships that go beyond transactions via supporting

n

Wealth Managers & leaders by ensuring seamless coordination and contributing to

n

client meetings as required.

n

What We're Looking For

n

Profile

n

• 3–5 years of professional & proven experience, ideally with early exposure to wealth

n

management, private banking, financial services, or a closely related field

n

• Strong operational skills with sound understanding of Banking, Mutual Funds, Capital

n

Markets and other financial products.

n

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point, other reporting systems and

n

transaction platforms in the industry.

n

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,



in Marketing, Finance or related discipline from a

n

reputed University.

n

• Based in, or open to relocating to, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, or

n

Kolkata. Location flexibility may be required.

n
