*We’re Hiring | E-Commerce Finance Specialist / Export Accountant*

Location: Uttam Nagar, New Delhi

We are looking for a skilled and responsible *E-Commerce Finance Specialist / Export Accountant* to join our growing team.

n

n

The ideal candidate should have experience in *e-commerce accounting, marketplace reconciliation, export accounting, GST compliance, Tally, Excel, and financial reporting*.

n

n

### Key Responsibilities:

n

n

*E-Commerce & Marketplace Accounting*

n

n

* Amazon / eBay / Flipkart marketplace settlement reconciliation

n

* Order-wise sales, payment, refund and return reconciliation

n

* Tracking marketplace receivables, payment holds and deductions

n

* Reconciliation of marketplace settlements with bank statements

n

* Identifying payment mismatches and financial discrepancies

n

n

*Export Accounting & Compliance*

n

n

* Handle accounting of international export sales transactions

n

* Maintain export invoices and supporting documentation

n

* Knowledge of LUT-based exports and IGST-paid export transactions

n

* Reconcile foreign currency receipts with export sales

n

* Maintain records for FIRC/FIRA/BRC wherever applicable

n

* Support EDPMS closure and export payment realization process

n

* Coordinate with banks, CA and internal teams for export compliance

n

* Maintain proper export documentation records (invoice, shipping/payment documents, etc.)

n

n

*GST & Taxation*

n

n

* GST sales/purchase reconciliation

n

* TDS/TCS reconciliation

n

* Input tax credit verification

n

* Assist in GST return preparation and compliance activities

n

* Coordinate with CA for taxation-related requirements

n

n

*Accounts & Finance Operations*

n

n

* Maintain accounting entries in Tally Prime

n

* Purchase, sales,



expense and bank entries

n

* Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation

n

* Bank reconciliation and payment tracking

n

* Inter-company transaction reconciliation

n

* Monthly closing support and MIS reporting

n

n

*Inventory & Cost Management*

n

n

* Inventory reconciliation between warehouse and accounts

n

* Purchase, sales return, customer return and damage stock accounting

n

* COGS calculation and profitability analysis

n

* Identify inventory and financial mismatches

n

n

*Reporting & Analysis*

n

n

* Prepare marketplace-wise sales and profitability reports

n

* Track shipping costs, marketplace fees and operational expenses

n

* Prepare monthly financial reports for management

n

* Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial leakages

n

n

### Requirements:

n

n

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce finance/accounts/export accounting

n

✔️ Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel/Google Sheets

n

✔️ Experience with Amazon/eBay/Flipkart marketplace accounting preferred

n

✔️ Understanding of GST, exports, LUT, IGST and foreign payments

n

✔️ Knowledge of FIRC/BRC/EDPMS will be an added advantage

n

✔️ Robust analytical skills and attention to detail

n

✔️ Ability to handle large transaction volumes independently

n

n

Candidates from *e-commerce companies, export businesses, D2C brands, marketplace sellers, or CA firms handling export clients* will be preferred.
