This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the finance and accounting operations. Role requires solid expertise in transition management, multi-country accounting, and process migration across diverse systems such as Xero or equivalent accounting applications.

Lead the end-to-end transition of finance processes from client entities to GCC.
n
• Conduct detailed process understanding, mapping, and gap analysis.
n
• Document and standardize migrated processes with SOPs and control checkpoints.
n
• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer between client teams.
n
• Set up the accounting and reporting framework within systems and align with Group policies.
n

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
n
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
n
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for project profitability and business decisions.
• Build financial models and dashboards for reporting and planning.
n
• Ensure alignment between IT project costing and overall business goals.
n
n
Oversee accounting, reporting, and reconciliations across multiple geographies.
n
• Approve bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and client collections.
n
• Manage intercompany transactions, consolidation, and monthly close.
n
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and local statutory frameworks.
n
n
Implement strong internal control frameworks.
n
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants across jurisdictions (US, NZ, AU, EU).
n
• Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to governance standards.
n
• Monitor data integrity, security, and audit readiness.
n
n
17–18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
n
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end accounting and FP&A;
n
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
n
• Experience in the IT services sector is desirable
