Guided by “Ancestors’ Wisdom · Pure Living,” Aglo offers organic staples, premium dry fruits, and everyday essentials through its Aglo Organic and Aplus product ranges. Aglo is seeking a confident and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive / Customer Service Executive to manage client communication, resolve customer queries, coordinate orders, and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, and business partners. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, service requests, and product-related queries professionally. Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams. Maintain customer databases, complaint records, communication logs, and follow-up trackers. Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with management.



Maintain Aglo’s professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused brand image. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related discipline. Two to five years of experience in client servicing, customer service, sales coordination, or customer relationship management. Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale distribution, or B2B trade will be preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi and/or Bengali. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM or order-management software will be an advantage. Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and trade events whenever required. Ability to handle complaints and difficult conversations calmly. Confident communication and relationship-management skills. Proactive, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
