Role Description The Senior Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Senior Therapist will perform a range of professional massage and spa therapies, including but not limited to Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Potli, Ayurvedic, and Candle massage, following established protocols and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, recommending suitable treatments, maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, and ensuring a consistently high level of guest care. The role also involves mentoring junior therapists, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with the spa team to meet service and quality goals.



The Senior Therapist will contribute to a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all guests and colleagues.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in a range of massage techniques (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish, hot stone, Ayurvedic) and body therapies, with a strong focus on safe and effective practice.
- Ability to conduct client assessments, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate wellness therapies and spa services.
- Strong client service skills, including transparent communication, professional demeanor, and the ability to build trust and comfort with diverse clients.
- Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene, room setup, and equipment care, following all health and safety standards.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior therapists, with the ability to share best practices and support skill development.
- Relevant certification or formal training in massage therapy or spa therapies; additional training in Ayurvedic or specialty therapies is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by spa operations.
- Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment, preferably in a senior or lead therapist role.
