*REQUIREMENTS*

n

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role

n

Excellent verbal communication skills

n

Confident and professional while speaking with customers

n

Good listening and questioning skills

n

Ability to understand and verify customer requirements

n

Robust follow-up and coordination skills

n

Comfortable making a high volume of calls

n

Good basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM

n

Ability to maintain accurate lead records

n

Hindi and English communication required; local language proficiency is an advantage

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

n

Call leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and understand their requirements.

n

Verify lead information, requirements, budget, location, timeline and other relevant details.

n

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before sharing them with clients.

n

Share verified and relevant leads with the respective client/team.

n

Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and move them towards the next stage.

n

Coordinate and schedule site visits, appointments and meetings between qualified leads and clients.

n

Arrange calls between clients and interested leads as required.

n

Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups and appointments.

n

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth lead handling.

n

Track lead outcomes and provide regular updates on lead quality and conversion status.

n

Identify genuine/interested prospects and ensure they receive timely follow-up.

n

Escalate important customer queries or issues to the appropriate client/team.
