MySivi is India’s first AI Tutor designed to help users practice English speaking. It enhances learning by correcting grammar, pronunciation, and fluency at a faster rate. MySivi aims to improve English communication skills through its innovative AI technology.

What will you do ?

n

n
- Own and grow MySivi’s social media presence end-to-end
n
- Build and scale regional language pages in collaboration with internal teams
n
- Develop and scale IP-led content pages with creators (repeatable, high-performing formats)
n
- Manage and execute in-house influencer marketing initiatives
n
- Leverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operate at scale
n
- Plan and execute growth strategies with clear KPIs and a practical roadmap
n
- Drive distribution-first thinking-identify and execute growth hacks beyond just content creation
n
- Build strong platform expertise, especially on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
n
- Explore and experiment with international content distribution strategies (good to have)

What do we need ?

- Fluency is Hindi is a plus
n
- Strong understanding of social media growth and content ecosystems
n
- Experience managing or scaling social media pages is a plus
n
- Ability to think distribution-first, not just content-first
n
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plus
n
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is preferred
n
- Robust analytical mindset-comfortable with metrics, testing, and iteration
n
- High ownership, speed, and execution ability
n
- Great energy and fun to work with
