"WTO Precision Tool Holders India Limited" is a wholly owned subsidiary of WTO GmbH Germany.

located at Pune. The subsidiary requires:

n

Position: Service Engineer

n

Location: Pune

n

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. Bachelor's degree could be an advantage.

n

Experience: At least 10 years in mechanical maintenance and repair preferably in the Machine tools Industry.

n

Industry: Engineering Sector -Machine Tools, Cutting Tools or Tool Holders preferred

n

Required Skills:

- Ability to organize daily work independently
n
- Read technical drawings
n
- Woork with hand,power and Machine Tools
n
- Basic Math
n
- Valuable MS office and PC skills
n
- Fluent English
n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Organizes daily work by reviewing the requirements of a work order,



checking for and gathering needed parts and drawings
n
- Assess wear and tear and damage of Tool Holders arriving for service to determine if routine replacement part maintenanve or a repair is required
n
- Analyze drawings/schematics for special considerations/instructions before a tear down.
n
- Performs tool holder tear down and re-build.
n
- Clean the spare parts before rebuilding
n
- Keep the Tool Holders presentable by buffing the exterior, removing debris, and lubricating as needed.
n
- Diagnose and trouble shoot issues that come up during the repair process.
n
