WE’RE HIRING | Accounts Executive – Accounts, Payroll, HR & Admin

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who can independently manage Accounts, Payroll, HR Operations, Banking, and Administration .

n

Key Responsibilities n

n

Accounts & Finance

n

n
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions independently using Tally .
n
- Maintain accounting documents, invoices, records, receipts, and supporting documents.
n
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
n
- Prepare and manage various MIS reports .
n
- Coordinate with auditors for audits and statutory compliance.
n
- Handle banking activities, bank reconciliations, and related accounting work.
n

n

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

n

n
- Manage monthly payroll processing .
n
- Handle PF & ESI related activities and compliance.
n
- Maintain employee payroll and statutory records.
n
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an added advantage.
n

n

n

‍ HR & Administration

n

n
- Handle non-recruitment HR operations , including employee records, attendance, leave, documentation, and other HR-related activities.
n
- Manage day-to-day office administration .
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.




n
- Handle routine banking and administrative activities.
n

n

Requirements & Skills n

n
- B.Com/ M.Com, CA Inter with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience .
n
- Solid hands-on experience in Tally .
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including:
n
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
n
- Pivot Tables
n
- Excel formulas & functions
n
- MIS reporting and data analysis
n
- Good knowledge of Payroll, PF & ESI .
n
- Knowledge of GST and TDS is an added advantage.
n
- Ability to independently manage Accounts, Payroll, HR Operations, Banking, and Administration .
n
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ownership of work.
n
