Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and month-end activities. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Handle bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and journal entries.
Assist in payroll accounting and statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable functions.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
~ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
~ CA Inter / MBA Finance /M.Com equivalent qualification preferred.
~5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
~ Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
~ Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
~ Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
