As an Article Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced Chartered Accountants and seasoned professionals on assignments spanning audits(financial and systems), taxation, compliance, and advisory, while gaining practical insights into how businesses operate.

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assist in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, and Bank Audits.
n
- Participate in Tax Audits and Assurance engagements.
n
- Assist in Direct Tax and GST compliance, return preparation, and assessments.
n
- Support Information Systems Audits and internal control reviews.
n
- Prepare audit working papers, financial statements, and documentation.
n
- Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and substantive audit procedures.
n
- Assist in statutory and regulatory compliance assignments.
n
- Conduct research on accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory developments.
n
- Interact with clients to gather information, resolve queries,



and support engagement teams.
n
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and technology-enabled audit practices.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- CA Intermediate student eligible to commence Articleship.
n
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
n
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
n
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
n
- Professional attitude with a commitment to integrity and quality.

- Gain hands-on experience in Statutory, Internal, Concurrent, and Bank Audits.

- Develop practical knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Financial Reporting , and Regulatory Compliance .

- Prepare audit documentation and working papers in accordance with professional standards.

- Apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements to real-world client engagements .

- Build proficiency in Microsoft Excel, audit tools, and other technologies used in professional practice.

- Develop strong client communication, professional etiquette , analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Learn directly from experienced Chartered Accountants through continuous guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
