Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students in grades 6 to 10.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Manage classroom behavior to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Foster student engagement through various teaching strategies and activities.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Contribute to the school community and its programs.




- Utilize behavioural answers using the STAR-R framework when addressing student situations.

Qualifications:

- Robust subject matter expertise in the relevant grade levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in classroom management.
- Demonstrated success in engaging students.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification (preferred).
- Experience with project-based learning or similar initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with the STAR-R framework for behavioral analysis.
