Position Overview:

Global Child Wellness Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychologist with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health concerns. The ideal candidate will also provide clinical guidance to junior psychologists while maintaining high standards of therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clinical needs.
- Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, and related psychological conditions.
- Work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Conduct individual, family, and parent counselling sessions as required.
- Collaborate closely with Speech Therapists,



Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Behavioral Therapists, Special Educators, and Coordinators to ensure holistic intervention.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and clinical supervision to junior psychologists and interns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning meetings.
- Educate parents regarding therapeutic strategies and home-based interventions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology.
- Additional certification or formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as a psychologist & hands-on experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
