Senior Technical Project Manager | Enterprise B2B SaaS

We are a specialized hiring agency working with a fast-growing AI & Computer Vision SaaS company serving global enterprise brands and retailers across 50+ countries.

The company builds AI-powered solutions that help leading FMCG, CPG and retail organizations improve in-store execution, product availability, shelf visibility, promotions and sales performance.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who can independently own complex enterprise engagements from requirement gathering through go-live.

What You'll Own

- Own multiple enterprise customer projects simultaneously from planning to go-live.
- Act as the primary project contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables and project governance.
- Lead customer-facing meetings and executive-level reporting.
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, change requests and project health.
- Coordinate distributed technical and delivery teams across geographies.
- Translate complex technical issues into actionable resolution plans.
- Manage projects involving AI/ML, data analytics, computer vision or similar technically complex solutions.
- Manage SOWs, RFPs and scope changes.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to project delivery.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory:





- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise technology .
- Significant client-facing project delivery experience.
- Proven ownership of projects from requirements → planning → execution → go-live .
- Experience managing multi-country / multi-region enterprise implementations .
- Experience working with customers in North America and/or Europe is highly preferred.
- Experience delivering technically complex projects involving AI/ML, Data Analytics, Computer Vision, Image Recognition or similar technologies .
- Robust working knowledge of SQL, APIs and Master Data Management (MDM) .
- Experience with SOWs, RFPs, change requests and scope management .
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and enterprise stakeholders.

Important

This is not a hands-on developer/specialist role .

We are specifically looking for someone who has been the accountable owner of the customer engagement — managing the project plan, stakeholders, risks, dependencies and ultimately the go-live.

Good to Have

- Enterprise customer onboarding experience.
- PMP / CAPM / ITIL / CSM certification.
- Experience working with FMCG, CPG, retail or data/AI products.
