About the Role

n

We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B business growth by identifying industrial customers, generating new leads and developing robust client relationships.

n

n

The role involves lead generation, client meetings, industrial sales, requirement understanding, quotations, negotiations and order closures . Candidates with experience in selling engineering products, industrial products, manufacturing solutions or technical services will be preferred.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities

n

• Identify and approach industrial/manufacturing companies

n

• Build relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Engineering & Plant Heads

n





• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams

n

• Conduct product discussions and client meetings

n

• Prepare quotations, negotiate and follow up for order closure

n

• Achieve monthly/annual sales targets

n

• Develop new accounts and generate repeat business

n

• Conduct regular client visits within the assigned territory

n

• Maintain leads, follow-ups and sales records through CRM/MS Office

n

n

Ideal Candidate

n

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

n

✅ Engineering / Manufacturing industry experience preferred

n

✅ Diploma qualification

n

✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills

n

✅ Experience in B2B / industrial sales preferred

n

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

n

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings

n

✅ Experience selling engineering/industrial products or technical services is an advantage

n
