Job Title: SAP Cloud ALM Consultant / Specialist — Retail S/4HANA Program

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (Implementation and/or Operations).

• Robust understanding of SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard implementation.

• Experience with Cloud ALM Test Management and requirements/process/traceability management.

• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA areas — FICO, FI-AA, MM, and India tax/GST processes.

• Exposure to retail solutions — SAP IS-Retail and CAR (merchandising, assortment, POS/sales flows).

• Experience with master data governance (MDG and/or STIBO STEP).

• Familiarity with integration via SAP PI/PO and BTP Integration Suite (iFlows, IDoc, SOAP, REST, OData, APIs).





• Exposure to SAP Ariba procurement and supplier integration.

• Understanding of SAP BTP platform services, Cloud Connector, and SAP BDC (Business Data Cloud) concepts.

• Experience integrating Cloud ALM with Jira / Azure Dev Ops and test automation tools (Tricentis Tosca).

• Solid grasp of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• SAP Certified — SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Activate Project Manager certification.

• Experience in retail SAP S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield transformation programs.

• Exposure to SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis and Cloud ALM test automation integration.

• Familiarity with e-Invoicing/e-Way Bill and Indian statutory compliance.

• Knowledge of OData / API-based integration between Cloud ALM and external ALM tools.

• Domain knowledge in Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain.
