About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic Data Engineering team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using modern data engineering technologies, including Microsoft Azure. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust, high-quality data solutions that support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and manage data integration and ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric
- Develop and optimize data transformation and loading processes to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data models and analytical solutions
- Work on data warehousing projects, ensuring efficient data organization, governance, and accessibility
- Implement and maintain data governance, security,



and quality best practices
- Perform data analytics and generate insights that support business decision-making
- Continuously improve data workflows and performance of data jobs across platforms

Requirements

- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in cloud-based environments
- Technical Skills:
- Solid experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL
- Good understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of data governance, analytics, and performance optimization
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
