WE’RE HIRING – CRM & IT Specialist (Zoho / Odoo)

We are looking for an experienced CRM & IT Specialist based in India to join our team and support our international operations.

n

n

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zoho CRM and ODOO , with the ability to manage and optimize our current CRM environment and support the migration and synchronization of data between Zoho and Odoo .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n

n
- • Manage, maintain and optimize our Zoho CRM environment
n
- • Analyze our existing Zoho setup, database and workflows
n
- • Manage and maintain CRM databases and data quality
n
- • Plan and execute the migration from Zoho to Odoo
n
- • Manage data synchronization between Zoho and Odoo
n
- • Set up and maintain reliable data flows between both platforms during the transition period
n
- • Handle data extraction, cleaning, mapping, transformation and import into Odoo
n
- • Import and migrate customer, contact, sales and other business data while maintaining data integrity
n
- • Identify and resolve duplicates, missing information and synchronization issues
n
- • Configure and customize Odoo according to business requirements
n
- • Ensure accurate, secure and complete migration of CRM data
n




- • Create and improve CRM workflows, automations and integrations
n
- • Troubleshoot Zoho and Odoo issues
n
- • Provide general IT support for day-to-day technical problems
n
- • Assist users with software, accounts, access, email and other common IT issues
n
- • Document configurations, database structures, processes and technical solutions
n

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in CRM / IT
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Odoo
n
- Strong experience in database management and data migration
n
- Experience with data synchronization and integration between CRM/ERP systems
n
- Experience with data import, export, mapping and cleaning
n
- Experience with CRM migration , Zoho → Odoo
n
- Good general IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills
n
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
n
- Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory (C2)
n
- Based in India
n
- Comfortable working 100% remotely
n
