Role Overview

n

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong accounting and compliance expertise to manage our financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accounts Finalisation and preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L; statements .
n
- Handle all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC , and ensure timely payments.
n
- Manage Internal and External Audits and liaise with auditors.
n
- Oversee Bank and Statutory Audit assignments , Direct & Indirect Tax filings , and related documentation.
n
- Perform Bank Reconciliation , vendor payments , and vendor account management .
n




- Prepare and maintain MIS reports , operational financial reports , and other management summaries.
n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting norms.
n
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth financial operations.
n
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all financial processes.

Skills & Competencies Required

n

- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and Corporate Finance
n
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software
n
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation
n
- Sound understanding of SFAS Rules and Taxation norms
n
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data
n
- Strong numerical and problem-solving aptitude
n

Experience

n

n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance apart from articleship
n
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) .
n
- Prior experience in financial reporting and working with multiple legal entities preferred
n

Education

- Should Complete CA
n

- Salary: As per the last CTC and company standards
