The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the cooling tower segment, building strong client relationships, and providing technical sales support to industrial and commercial customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop current business opportunities in industries requiring cooling tower solutions (HVAC, power plants, chemical processing, manufacturing, data centers, etc.)Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to clientsConduct site visits and assessments to understand customer cooling requirementsDevelop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospectingClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionServe as primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycleProvide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams for installation and maintenanceHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and negotiate contracts effectivelyTechnical ExpertiseDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of cooling tower systems, components, and applicationsUnderstand client specifications and recommend appropriate cooling tower solutionsCollaborate with engineering teams to design customized solutionsStay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive productsProvide technical guidance on energy efficiency, water treatment, and system optimizationMarket IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitor activities,
