Client Intake & Support ∙Handle initial client inquiries and conduct client intake interviews. ∙Gather preliminary information from prospective clients. ∙Conduct conflict checks and open/update CRM files. ∙Request, collect, review, and organize client documents. ∙Ensure intake forms and required documentation are completed accurately. ∙Enter and maintain client information in the case management system. ∙Upload and organize documents within the firm's document management system. ∙Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical client files. Administrative Support ∙Provide general administrative support to lawyers and legal staff. ∙Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. ∙Send and respond to emails professionally. ∙Maintain records, track tasks, and provide support with day-to-day administrative activities. Personal Assistant Support ∙Maintain the schedule for personal activities and appointments.
∙Add personal appointments to the personal calendar and block the time on the work calendar. ∙Ensure all necessary details and documents are available for upcoming appointments. ∙Send reminders for upcoming appointments. ∙Coordinate with service providers and other relevant contacts. Qualifications ∙Previous experience as Administrative Assistant, Client Intake Assistant, or similar role. ∙Robust organizational and time management skills. ∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ∙Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar. ∙Experience with Clio Grow and Clio Manage. ∙Experience with ClickUp. ∙Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ∙Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information. ∙Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. US Shift Salary - 20-22k (4 hours)
