About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy sales professional to drive our Cross Border Air Express / Air Parcel business in the Karnataka region.This role is focused on building and scaling international shipping volumes by acquiring exporters, D2C brands, SMEs, and businesses with global shipping needs.As an IATA-licensed player, we operate a direct air capacity model enabling faster, reliable, and scalable international deliveries.The role requires solid hunting ability, solution selling, and ownership of revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Revenue GrowthDrive new customer acquisition for international air express / parcel shipmentsBuild a strong pipeline across exporters, D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, and SMEsOwn and deliver regional revenue targets with focus on shipment volumes and yieldIdentify opportunities in direct export shipping and cross-border e-commerceClient ManagementOnboard and manage clients with recurring international shipping requirementsBuild long-term relationships to drive consistent shipment volumes and wallet shareAct as the primary commercial owner for client accountsSales ExecutionSell time-definite international air express solutions (parcel-based shipping)Work with internal teams to design competitive, scalable shipping solutionsDrive pricing discussions, negotiations, and closure of dealsInternal CoordinationCollaborate with operations, pricing, and customer experience teamsEnsure smooth onboarding and shipment lifecycle managementMaintain visibility on shipment performance to ensure service reliabilityMarket UnderstandingTrack trends in cross-border e-commerce, export shipping, and air express demandStay updated on pricing, competition, and service benchmarksPreferred Experience6 to 12 years of experience in Air Express / International Courier / Cross Border Parcel businessBackground in express logistics players or asset-backed air cargo models (non-FF)Strong experience in hunting, client acquisition, and revenue ownershipUnderstanding of export shipping, e-commerce logistics, and international parcel flowsProven ability to drive shipment volumes and build scalable accounts
