Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of customer ASIC/VLSI engineering projects. The role involves planning, resource coordination, milestone tracking, customer communication, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery of project commitments.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own end-to-end project execution from project kickoff to delivery and closure.
n
- Understand customer SOW, scope, milestones, deliverables, and priorities and convert them into an execution plan.
n
- Plan and coordinate engineering resources across multiple workstreams.
n
- Work closely with RTL, DFT, Verification, STA, Physical Design, FPGA, Firmware, and other engineering teams as applicable.
n
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, effort, and resource utilization.
n
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule deviations .
n
- Drive closure of technical and execution blockers with engineering leads.
n
- Coordinate dependencies between customer teams and internal engineering teams .
n
- Act as the key interface between the customer and internal project teams for execution-related matters.
n
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear status, risks, action items,



and recovery plans .
n
- Manage customer feedback, changing priorities, and scope-related discussions.
n
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed quality expectations.
n
- Escalate critical risks, delays, and resource constraints to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

n

n
- 5–10 years of experience in ASIC/VLSI/semiconductor engineering with program/project execution experience.
n
- Strong understanding of the ASIC/SoC development lifecycle .
n
- Good exposure to one or more areas such as RTL, DFT, Verification, STA, Physical Design, FPGA, or Firmware .
n
- Strong project planning, tracking, and execution skills.
n
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
n
- Robust ownership, follow-up, problem-solving, and escalation skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
n
- Experience with Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking/reporting tools .
n
- Good communication and presentation skills.
n

Preferred

n

- Experience managing customer-facing semiconductor engineering projects .
n
- Experience with turnkey engineering services / staff augmentation models .
n
- Experience coordinating distributed engineering teams.
n
- Agile/Scrum project management experience.
n
- PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
