We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Real Estate Video Editor with a passion for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have proven experience editing premium residential, commercial, and luxury real estate content that drives engagement and generates leads.

You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into cinematic, high-impact videos that showcase properties in the most compelling way across digital platforms.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n

- Edit luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and architectural property videos with a premium cinematic approach.

n

- Create high-converting content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

n

- Produce property walkthroughs, drone showcase videos, promotional films, builder campaigns, project launches, and brand videos.

n

- Perform advanced color correction, cinematic color grading, sound design, audio cleanup, and music synchronization.

n

- Integrate motion graphics, animated typography, lower thirds, logo animations, map animations, floor plans, callouts, and branding elements.

n

- Edit and stabilize drone footage while highlighting key architectural features and surrounding amenities.

n

- Create engaging fast-paced edits with strong storytelling, pacing, and seamless transitions.

n

- Optimize videos for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5) without compromising quality.

n

- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

n

- Collaborate closely with cinematographers, photographers, creative directors, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

n

- Maintain organized project files, backups, and version control throughout production.

n
