Job Summary:

n

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Accounts & Inventory Executive to manage warehouse accounting, inventory records, stock verification, and related documentation. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, inventory counting, RTO, GRN, physical stock verification, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
n
- Conduct regular inventory counts and physical stock verification.
n
- Perform stock reconciliation and identify inventory discrepancies.
n
- Handle and maintain records related to GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
n
- Track and reconcile RTO (Return to Origin) inventory.
n
- Record warehouse-related transactions in Tally.
n
- Maintain inward and outward stock records.
n
- Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts teams for inventory-related issues.
n
- Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
n
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of warehouse accounts.
n
- Assist in month-end stock reconciliation and reporting.
