About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead end-to-end park operations at our Kochi location. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a sharp focus on guest experience, safety, and efficiency in a high-footfall environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own and manage daily park operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control
n
- Lead large multi-functional teams across operations, guest relations, security, housekeeping, and transport
n
- Drive guest experience excellence across rides, restaurants, and facilities
n
- Manage crowd control, emergency handling, and conflict resolution
n
- Ensure safety compliance , training, and operational SOP adherence
n
- Analyze NPS, guest feedback, and online reviews to improve service ratings
n
- Manage VIP, special-needs, and high-value guest interactions
n




- Oversee budgets, staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews
n
- Coordinate with external partners including security agencies and fleet vendors
n

Requirements

n

n
- 10–15 years of experience in Operations leadership
n
- Proven experience as Operations Head / Mall Manager / Hotel Manager / Guest Relations Head or similar
n
- Robust expertise in crowd management, safety operations, and service excellence
n
- Hands-on experience with NPS and customer feedback systems
n
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
n
- Ability to work flexible hours , including weekends and holidays
n

Qualifications

- MBA / Any Graduate Degree
n
- Preferred: Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration
n
