Job Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end site execution of villa and plotted development projects.
n
- Supervise civil, RCC, finishing, infrastructure, road, drainage and external development works.
n
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, site engineers and supervisors.
n
- Monitor project progress, material consumption, manpower, quality and cost.
n
- Verify contractor measurements and support billing and quantity reconciliation.
n
- Ensure proper EHS practices and quality control at site.
n
- Review and coordinate all architectural, civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, MEP and other project drawings with consultants and management.
n
- Maintain drawing MIS from schematic/design development through tender drawings and VFC.
n
- Prepare vendor quotation comparisons and support contract finalization.
n
- Coordinate pre-execution site activities and ensure readiness for project execution.
n
- Coordinate between external consultants and site execution teams for drawings, VFC requirements and resolution of site issues.
n
- Ensure timely issuance of architectural, structural and MEP/VFC drawings as per project schedules.
n
- Manage day-to-day site planning, construction execution and coordination, including resolution of site-related issues.
n
- Monitor construction materials, stores,



manpower and labour on a daily basis and maintain related MIS.
n
- Track project progress against the overall project schedule and ensure timely completion.
n
- Submit daily/periodic project progress and execution MIS to Management.
n

Skills:

n

n
- Good leadership, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills
n
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
n
- Must have excellent Interpersonal Skills
n
- Excellent fluency over spoken and written English, Hindi & Gujarati
n
- Exposure to Project Management Software
n
- Other Abilities & Requirements:-
n
- High aptitude for details and compliance to the system
n
- Must be adaptable in work profile & willingness to travel
n
- Should have the willingness to learn and a go-getter attitude
n
- Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
n

Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering .

n

n

Work Experience: More than 10 years in relevant experience in real estate/residential construction out of which minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Villa & Plotted Development Projects

n

n

Salary up to 12 LPA negotiable based on experience and current salary.

n
