We’re Hiring: Mid–Senior Electronics Product Development Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer who can take products from initial concept through development, validation and final market-ready delivery.

n

n

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong technical depth and the ability to independently drive multidisciplinary product-development projects.

n

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n

• Lead the complete product-development lifecycle—from conceptualisation and prototyping to testing, productionisation and final delivery

n

• Design and develop embedded systems, electronic hardware, firmware and PCBs

n

• Work extensively with microcontrollers, sensors, communication interfaces and electronic instrumentation

n

• Collaborate with research and technology institutions such as CSIR, DRDO and NRDC

n

• Coordinate with mechanical, industrial-design, manufacturing and external development partners

n

• Support product testing, troubleshooting, field implementation and after-sales service

n

• Gradually build and lead dedicated product-development and technical-service teams

n

n

Required expertise:

n

n

• Solid hands-on experience in embedded systems and microcontroller-based product development

n

• Firmware development and hardware–software integration

n

• PCB schematic design, layout, prototyping, testing and debugging

n

• Experience converting prototypes into reliable, manufacturable commercial products





n

• Ability to independently manage projects, vendors, documentation and development timelines

n

• Willingness to travel and work closely with research institutes, vendors and field teams

n

n

Preferred experience:

n

n

• Product enclosure design, 3D printing, injection moulding and design for manufacturing

n

• Experience with sensors, optics, photodiodes, LEDs and analytical measurement systems

n

• Previous experience with an analytical-instrument manufacturing or product-development company

n

• Exposure to instruments such as spectrophotometers, colorimeters, UV-VIS/VIS systems, AAS or similar laboratory and field-testing equipment

n

• Experience building or leading technical development and service teams

n

n

Experience level: Mid–Senior

n
