We are looking for an experienced Predictive Analytics Lead to join our growing AI & Analytics team in Chennai .

n

This is a full-time, on-site chance for professionals who have strong hands-on expertise in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Bayesian Modeling, Market Mix Modeling, and Time Series Forecasting .

n

Location: Chennai, India

Work Mode: On-site – 5 Days a Week

What You'll Do

n

n
- Develop, deploy, and optimize advanced Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics models .
n
- Apply statistical modeling and AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
n
- Build predictive solutions using Market Mix Modeling (MMM) and Bayesian Modeling .
n
- Work on Time Series Analysis and Forecasting problems.
n
- Apply Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning techniques.
n
- Develop and deploy production-grade ML models using PyTorch and TorchServe .
n
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.
n

What We're Looking For

- 5–12 years of relevant experience in Predictive Analytics, Data Science, or Machine Learning .

- Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models for business applications.

- Practical experience with MMM, Bayesian Modeling, forecasting, and statistical techniques .
n
- Experience with TorchServe or similar model-serving frameworks .
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Excellent communication and conversational intelligence.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
n
