Change With Saurabh is looking for an energetic and empathetic Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability) who can become the daily connection between our clients and their transformation journey.
Connect with clients daily through WhatsApp and occasional calls
• Understand why a client is struggling and help them get back on track
• Coordinate with our Dietitians whenever nutritional/clinical intervention is required
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage
Comfortable speaking with clients over calls when required
