erviewThe L3 Production Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical and functional support for mission-critical trading, risk, payments, treasury, and capital markets applications. The role ensures system stability, rapid incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production plat
forms.This position operates within a 24x7 support model and collaborates with development, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and external ve
ndors.Key Responsibi

gementAct as Level 2/3 escalation point for high-severity (P1/P2) inci
dents.Lead triage calls and drive resolution withi
n SLA.Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure l
