Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
n
- Two-wheeler mandatory
n

n

Working Hours 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

n

Working Days Monday to Sunday(Tuesday Week Off)

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive new client acquisition and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
n
- Handle sales of Apartments and Plots.
n
- Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.
n
- Conduct outbound sales calls and client meetings.
n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
n
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
n
- Convert leads into successful sales closures.
n
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
n




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and documentation.
n
