The brand will operate on a limited-drop model focused on exceptional craftsmanship, world-class fabrics, distinctive design language, cultural relevance, and exclusivity.The Prospect We are looking for a creative leader capable of building an entire luxury fashion world, not just products. The ideal candidate understands fashion, luxury psychology, storytelling, culture, visual communication, and consumer desire.
Your Mission Over the next 24 months, help build the brand identity, creative philosophy, product language, visual system, campaign ecosystem, digital experience, and cultural relevance of the brand.
Key Responsibilities · Own and evolve the brand identity, philosophy, visual language, and creative standards.
· Lead collection concepts, limited-drop narratives, and product storytelling.
· Approve silhouettes, materials, trims, packaging, and collection direction.
· Lead creative direction for campaigns, lookbooks, films, and editorials.
· Guide website design, digital storytelling,



and customer experience.
· Partner with marketing teams to ensure creative consistency.

Requirements · 5–10+ years in luxury fashion, branding, creative direction, or related industries.
· Deep understanding of luxury consumers and global culture.

Leadership Expectations As a founding member, you will help establish the creative culture, quality standards, design philosophy, and long-term vision of the brand. You will be expected to challenge ideas—including the Founder’s—when necessary to protect the integrity of the brand.
