Key Responsibilities :

n

n
- Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential brands, businesses, agencies, and decision-makers across South India.
n
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other relevant channels.
n
- Client Outreach: Connect with marketing, brand, digital, growth, and business heads to understand their requirements.
n
- Sales Pitching: Present Curious Media’s digital marketing solutions based on the client's business and marketing objectives.
n
- Meeting & Follow-ups: Schedule client meetings, conduct initial discussions, follow up on opportunities, and move prospects through the sales cycle.
n
- Proposal & Closure: Coordinate on proposals, commercials, negotiations, and work towards closing new business.
n
- Client Coordination: Support the onboarding process and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after closure.
n
- Market Development: Identify emerging brands, startups, D2C companies, and regional businesses across South India.

Requirements:

n

- Communication:



Solid verbal and written communication skills with confidence in speaking to business decision-makers.
n
- Sales Mindset: Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with cold calling and business development.
n
- Digital Marketing Interest: Understanding or strong interest in digital marketing, social media, influencers, brands, and advertising.
n
- Regional Understanding: Candidates should preferably be native to or based in South India.
n
- Language Skills: Fluency in at least one South Indian language is required. Knowledge of multiple regional languages will be an added advantage.
n
- Proactivity: Ability to independently identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and follow through until closure.
n
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
n
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with up to 6–8 months of relevant experience in sales/business development will be preferred.

Location: Noida Sector 63 (500 meters from nearest metro station Noida electronic city)

CTC: 4.2lpa

Incentive: Performance-based incentives of up to 1% on eligible sales revenue , subject to applicable performance benchmarks.
