Role & responsibilities
- Drive used car finance business across Delhi through dealer, DSA, and direct sourcing channels.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement and revenue targets.
- Expand market share through strategic partnerships with used car dealers, aggregators, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute state-level business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and high-potential markets within the state.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10-15+ years of experience in Retail Assets, Used Car Finance, Auto Loans, Vehicle Finance, or Consumer Lending.
- Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role managing state or large regional operations.
- Solid network across Delhi NCR used car dealer ecosystem.
