1. Perform systems management functions including incident management, fault isolation and resolution, security management, and systems and network integration. Participates in on-call support as required. Provides technical leadership regarding systems configuration management, troubleshooting and systems management methodologies and practices. (50%)
2. Perform system installations, refreshes, and upgrades (i.e. database, operating system, and application). (15%)
3. Deploy applications based on the guides and recommend/improve the deployment process by automating the process (20%)
4. Trouble-shoot network or other related issues during the application deployment (10%)
5. Setup load balanced setting by understanding the application architecture (5%)
