Hiring – Business Development Manager | C&I; Solar + BESS

We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals to drive our C&I; Solar EPC and BESS business.

n

n

Locations: Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka

n

‍ Experience: 3+ Years

n

CTC: Open to discuss

n

n

C&I; Solar EPC

n

✅ Experience in C&I; Solar Project Sales / EPC

n

✅ Must have handled projects of 300 kW and above

n

✅ Experience with Industrial & Commercial customers

n

✅ B2B / Project Sales / Enterprise Sales experience preferred

n

✅ Knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, RESCO & Open Access is an advantage

n

n

BESS

n

✅ Experience in BESS / Battery Energy Storage / ESS sales

n

✅ Experience handling BESS projects in kWh / MWh scale

n

✅ C&I; BESS / Outdoor BESS experience preferred

n





✅ Robust techno-commercial and negotiation skills

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

✔️ Generate and convert new business opportunities

n

✔️ Identify C&I; and BESS customers and build a strong pipeline

n

✔️ Manage customer meetings, proposals, negotiations and closures

n

✔️ Develop key accounts and channel partnerships

n

✔️ Achieve revenue and sales targets

n

✔️ Coordinate with technical, commercial, and project teams

n

n
