Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee infrastructure and facility operations across multiple locations in Chennai.

n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- 4–7 years of facility/infrastructure management experience.
n
- Experience managing 2 or more locations simultaneously .
n
- Strong vendor management skills (AMC, Security & Housekeeping).
n
- Hands-on experience in office fit-outs and renovation projects .
n
- Working knowledge of Electrical, Civil & HVAC systems .
n
- Ability to coordinate daily in office operations across locations.
n

Good to Have:

n

n
- Experience managing company guest houses or residential facilities.
n
- Manufacturing + corporate office facility management experience.
n




- Knowledge of Tamil Nadu building regulations, fire safety norms & Factories Act.
n
- Experience with Fire NOCs, EB approvals & trade licenses.
n
- Diploma/B.E. (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Facility Management qualification.
n
- Experience with CAFM or Facility Management software.
n
