ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n

• Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders.

n

• Verify incoming invoices and supporting documents.

n

• Conduct random compliance checks for contract workers.

n

• Verify attendance and wage payments.

n

• Monitor payment of ESI, PF and other statutory contributions.

n

• Handle insurance, safety and company compliance activities.

n

• Ensure compliance with BoCW and applicable labour laws.

n

• Coordinate electricity payments and related administrative activities.

n





• Handle and coordinate inspections by statutory authorities.

n

• Interact and coordinate with the JLL team at the project/site level.

n

• Maintain proper records and documentation related to project compliance.

n

n

✅ CANDIDATE CHECKLIST

☑️ 4+ years of relevant experience

n

☑️ Any Degree

n

☑️ Solid knowledge of ESI, PF & Labour Laws

n

☑️ Contract Labour Compliance experience

n

☑️ Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat

n

☑️ Construction project experience preferred

n

☑️ Experience interacting with external/statutory inspectors

n

☑️ Tamil – Native proficiency

n

☑️ English – Working proficiency

n

☑️ Hindi – Added Advantage

n

☑️ Presentable with good communication skills

n

☑️ Candidates residing within 5 km of the workplace preferred

n

☑️ Vehicle ownership – Added Advantage

n

☑️ Immediate joiners preferred

n

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

n

n

• Fixed-term contract

n

• Initial probation: 6 months

n

• Thereafter, contract renewed annually based on project duration and requirements
