Job Summary:

n

We are looking for experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS Consultants with strong expertise in Core Banking and preferably Islamic Banking solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and be capable of working across implementation, customization, configuration, integration, testing, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Work on Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS implementation, customization, configuration, and support projects.
n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into FLEXCUBE functional/technical solutions.
n
- Work closely with business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
n
- Configure and customize FLEXCUBE modules based on client requirements.
n
- Participate in end-to-end Core Banking implementation and transformation projects.
n
- Support integration of FLEXCUBE with third-party and surrounding banking applications.
n




- Perform troubleshooting, issue analysis, defect resolution, and production support.
n
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
n
- Prepare technical/functional documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
n
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
n
- Travel to client locations, including international locations, when required.
n

Required Technical / Functional Skills:

Candidates should have strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS and expertise in one or more of the following modules:

- CASA – Current Account / Savings Account
n
- OBCL – Oracle Banking Corporate Lending
n
- ELCM – Enterprise Limits and Collateral Management
n
- OBPM – Oracle Banking Payments
n
- OBTR – Oracle Banking Treasury
n
- OBBRN – Oracle Banking Branch
n
- OBMA – Oracle Banking Microservices Architecture
n
- OBVAM – Oracle Banking Virtual Account Management
n
- OBDX – Oracle Banking Digital Experience
n
- OBTF – Oracle Banking Trade Finance
n
- OBTFPM – Oracle Banking Trade Finance Process Management
n
- Core Banking Expertise:
n
- Strong understanding of Core Banking concepts and banking operations.
n




- Experience in areas such as accounts, deposits, lending, payments, trade finance, limits, collateral, and branch banking will be an advantage.
n
- Good understanding of banking workflows, products, transactions, and integrations.
n
- Experience working with Oracle FLEXCUBE/FCUBS architecture and related Oracle Banking products.
n

Islamic Banking – Preferred:

n

n
- Experience working on Islamic Banking / Sharia-compliant banking solutions is highly preferred.
n
- Understanding of Islamic banking products, processes, and concepts.
n
- Exposure to Islamic banking implementation or customization projects will be an added advantage.
n
- International / Client-Facing Experience:
n
- Experience in international or onsite Core Banking implementations will be an advantage.
n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Willingness to travel and work from client locations, including overseas assignments, based on project requirements.
n

Required Experience:

n

n
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one or more of the listed Oracle Banking modules.
n
- Experience in implementation, customization, support, or upgrade projects.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n

Preferred Candidate Profile:

n

n
- Candidates with experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE/FCUBS + Core Banking + Islamic
n
- Banking, particularly those who have worked on international banking
n
- implementations and client-facing projects, will be strongly preferred.
