Position Responsibilities

1.Technology Vision & Strategy:

- Develop and implement a technology plan aligned with the school's overall strategic goals. This might include areas like infrastructure, software, learning platforms, and data security.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance teaching, learning, and administration.

- Promote the effective use of technology across all departments and grade levels.

2. Infrastructure & Operations:

n

- Ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of all IT infrastructure , including networks, servers, devices, and software.
n
- Oversee IT support services to address the needs of students, teachers, and staff.
n
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively .
n
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
n

3. Learning & Teaching:

- Support the integration of technology into the curriculum by providing professional development for teachers and identifying appropriate digital resources.
n
- Evaluate the effectiveness of technology-based learning initiatives.
n
- Oversee the management of student information systems and learning platforms.
n
- Explore and implement creative approaches to digital learning , such as online courses, blended learning, and personalized learning.

4. Communication & Collaboration:

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about technology initiatives and updates.
n
- Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, and parents to ensure technology is used effectively to support student learning.

- Build strong relationships with technology vendors and partners.
