Job Description – Data Analyst Location: Gurgaon
Preference: Candidates based in Delhi / Gurgaon

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of data analysis, automation, web scraping, Python, Advance Excel, reporting, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for analyzing datasets, identifying trends and patterns, preparing insightful reports, and supporting business decisions through accurate, data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain automated data workflows and reporting processes using automation tools.
• Perform web scraping and data extraction from websites and online sources using appropriate tools and Python.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data trackers
• Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and other Excel functions for data analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation
• Maintain organized databases, records, and documentation

Requirements
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science,



Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; M.Tech / relevant postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and data analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, web scraping, and data processing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts, including querying, joins, filtering, aggregation, and data manipulation.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI, dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.
• Knowledge of automation concepts, automation tools, workflow automation, and process optimization is mandatory.
• Hands-on understanding of web scraping and data extraction techniques is required.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and advanced Excel functions.
• Solid analytical, logical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and timely delivery of reports.
• Must be based in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR.
