Are you a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals? We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Admissions & Sales team.

What You’ll Do

n

n

* Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.

n

n

* Guide prospects through courses, counselling services, and admission processes.

n

n

* Convert leads into paid counselling registrations and successful admissions.

n

n

* Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture relationships to maximize conversions.

n

n

* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.

n

n

* Collaborate with counselling, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

n

n

* Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

n

n

n

n

Who Can Apply?

n

n

* Graduates from any stream.

n

n





* Candidates with Commerce backgrounds or those who have pursued CA, CMA, or CS (including dropouts) will be preferred.

n

n

* 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counselling, Customer Support, or related roles.

n

n

* Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

n

n

Prerequisites: Candidates are required to have their own laptop and reliable internet connectivity.
